Shipping & Returns
Return Policy
Each Gigi Burris Millinery piece is handmade to order in our New York City Atelier, therefore Gigi Burris Millinery accepts limited returns and exchanges. If you wish to return or exchange your item, please contact studio@gigiburris.com within seven days of receipt to request a return authorization number and shipping label.
Items must be sent within five days of receiving shipping label and received unworn and in the same condition as sent. Each returned item will incur a 15 dollar restocking fee, however exchanges are complimentary. Please inquire via email studio@gigiburris.com with any questions prior to purchase.
Shipping policy
All domestic orders are shipped via Fed Ex Ground. A tracking number will be provided upon release of the order via email.
Domestic shipping is complimentary for all orders over $70.00. Domestic Shipping charges total $8.00 for all orders below $70.00.

International orders will be sent via USPS with tracking. Please allow up to 10 days for goods to be received. If you would like to expedite an international order via DHL please email studio@gigiburris.com.
