Return Policy

Each Gigi Burris Millinery piece is handmade to order in our New York City Atelier, therefore Gigi Burris Millinery accepts limited returns and exchanges. If you wish to return or exchange your item, please contact sales@gigiburris.com within 14 days of receipt to request a return authorization number and shipping label. Items must be sent within five days of receiving shipping label and received unworn and in the same condition as sent. Each returned item will incur a 15 dollar restocking fee, however a single exchange is complimentary. Exchanges beyond this are considered final sale. At this time, we are unable to accept international returns due to inflated shipping costs. Items returned without a return authorization or provided shipping label will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please inquire via email sales@gigiburris.com with any questions prior to purchase.

Shipping policy

All domestic orders are shipped via Fed Ex Ground. A tracking number will be provided upon release of the order via email.

Domestic shipping is complimentary for all orders over $70.00. Domestic Shipping charges total $8.00 for all orders below $70.00.

International orders will sent via Fedex with tracking. Please allow up to 10 days for goods to be received. Please note that duties or import costs may be applicable depending on country of receipt and are not calculated into shipping costs. Gigi Burris Millinery is not responsible for any delays resulted from customs processing.
